this practice is a fun and
playful movement practice
focusing on alignment of neutral
spine and pelvis. 3 flows of sustainable yoga ending
with a stream. Lot of time on our hands.
A sustainable vinyasa along
with some functional range conditioning techniques,
mysofasical work, strength building tools with playful
arm balances and inversions all weaved together.
These postures are carefully designed to
“create space” within a precise joint or segment of the
spine using myofascial tension and muscle contraction.
Traditional Primary and some
Intermediate series poses
with greater attention on mobility not flexibility.
15 and 30 minute zoom practices for when life gets in the way of your yoga practice.
