Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement - body
and breath work to strengthen
our internal focus. Helping
the brain know what the body is doing
during the execution of a task. Growing our proprioception.

LYT Yoga

Developed by physical therapist Lara Heimann,
this practice is a fun and
playful movement practice
focusing on alignment of neutral
spine and pelvis. 3 flows of sustainable yoga ending
with a stream. Lot of time on our hands.

Functional Flow

A sustainable vinyasa along
with some functional range conditioning techniques,
mysofasical work, strength building tools with playful
arm balances and inversions all weaved together.

These postures are carefully designed to
“create space” within a precise joint or segment of the
spine using myofascial tension and muscle contraction.
