Mindful Movement by Rhonda Flowers is focused on learning to move your body in the ways it was meant to move, before life took over.  You'll find strength and mobility in your practice to apply to your daily life.  I offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are a experiencing pain, or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Mindful Movement by Rhonda Flowers provides a healing, fun and friendly way to do so.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel a private , please do so 3  hours in advance to avoid paying 50 % of the fee.
